SKP Program COE Application Form
Anyone who intends to pursue educational activities at a university in Japan must apply for a visa and obtain a student visa before entering the country. To apply for avisa, the first step is to apply for a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) to the Immigration Services Agency of Japan. Since it is difficult for students residing outside Japan toapply directly, Ritsumeikan University and Support Gyoseishoshi Corporation will act as the student’s proxy and submit the application on their behalf.
The application for a COE is submitted to the Immigration Services Agency of Japan as a preliminary step before obtaining a Japanese visa ata Japanese embassy or consulate. Please ensure that all information you provide is true and accurate, as it will be used for the COE application. If any falseinformation is detected, the application may be denied.
日本の大学で教育を受ける活動を行う者は、査証（ビザ）申請を行い、学生ビザを取得した上で日本に入国する必要があります。査証（ビザ）申請を行うためには、まずは「在留資格認定証明書（Certificate of Eligibility – 以下、COE）」を日本国内の出入国在留管理局に申請しなければなりません。日本国外に在住している学生が日本で申請を行うことは困難なため、学生の申請代理人として、立命館大学及びサポート行政書士法人が申請を行います。
日本のVISA（＝査証）を在外公館で発給する前の手続きとして「在留資格認定証明書(COE)」の交付申請を出入国在留管理局に対して行います。入力された情報は、COE申請のために使用されますので、真実かつ正確な情報を入力してください。申請内容に虚偽がある場合は、申請許可がおりない場合があります。
