What is the Commercial Vehicle Electrification Promotion Project?
This is a subsidy sponsored by the Ministry of the Environment for the electrification (BEV, PHEV, FCV) of commercial vehicles (trucks, taxis, buses).
By helping accelerate adoption in the early stages,

Eligible persons
Among the following, those who meet the targets (guidelines) set by the government
Businesses that have plans to introduce non-fossil fuel vehicles
→ If you use a commercial vehicle for work,
This applies to sole proprietors, small businesses and large corporations alike!
① Truck transport companies
② Those who use private commercial vehicles (trucks, etc.) for business purposes (limited to vehicles with a total vehicle weight of over 2.5 tons).
③ A person engaged in the rental of commercial vehicles (trucks, etc.) (limited to those who rent to ①, ②, and ④)
④ Local governments, etc.
Target vehicle
The subsidy is available to:
Trucks (BEV, PHEV, FCV) that have been pre-registered with the Ministry of the Environment.
The following new vehicles are eligible:
BEV: Electric vehicle
PHEV: Plug-in hybrid vehicle
FCV: Fuel Cell Vehicle
Vehicles with a total weight of over 2.5 tons (for business or personal use)
Vehicles with a total weight of 2.5 tons or less (for business use only)
Applicable charging equipment
Charging equipment required for charging trucks, taxis and busesIntegralIt is necessary to introduce it.
