Remuneration
30,000 yen per month (33,000 yen including tax)
・For a 6-month or 12-month contract, the monthly fee is 20,000 yen (22,000 yen including tax) (one-time payment).
・Remuneration corresponding to the contract period will be received in one lump sum within two weeks after the contract (including automatic renewal).
・Rewards will be paid by bank transfer.
- If you have a consulting/advisory contract with us for 6 months or more (5 yen or more per month), you can use it for free.
Service menu
The menu provided differs each month (at our discretion/provided only on our business days). "Monthly response to questions (by e-mail as a general rule)" is available every month.
Once a month (1 question), our pharmaceutical affairs staff will respond to questions regarding our work as a Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act licensed business (email in principle)
*We may not be able to answer depending on the content of the question, such as when individual legal interpretation is required (1-time count will not be used).
Among the questions, we have uniquely picked out concerns that are common to business operators.
We collect and share case studies of other companies (good cases and failure cases), administrative inquiry results, etc.

We aim to hold webinars on businesses licensed under the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act once every six months (scheduled for November and May).
We will set the theme as content/latest trends that are useful for the work of pharmaceutical and medical device law licensed companies.

On an irregular basis, we carry out various projects that we deem useful for businesses licensed under the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act.

Contract period
The contract period is 1 month, 1 months, or 1 months, from the 6st of each month to the end of the month.
・Automatic renewal system (renewed under the same conditions as the current contract, and the same thereafter)・Cancellation midway is not possible
・Only at the time of initial contract (first month), the period is one month from the date of application to the last day of the month of application.
If you apply in the middle of a month, the monthly period will end by the last day of the month.
A new monthly period begins on the 1st of the following month.
Notes regarding services
✓We will deliver content that is common to all companies licensed under the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act as much as possible/according to the type of license.
We may also distribute content that is not directly related to the permission type.
✓Please specify only one email address for delivery.
You can also register a shared address that can be received by multiple people within your company.
However, it is confidential (sharing with other companies, including parents, children, and group affiliates, is prohibited).
✓Cancellation or refund is not possible during the contract period.
✓The contract is automatically renewed. The contract will be renewed under the same terms as the current contract, and the same will apply thereafter.
If you do not wish to renew, please be sure to submit a cancellation request to us by the 20th of the month in which you wish to cancel.
✓After your application, we may refuse/suspend your application depending on the license acquisition status, usage status, etc. (at our discretion).
✓Depending on your PC environment, security settings, etc., you may not receive emails from our company.

✓If you would like to request actual practice (change notifications, internal training, internal audits, etc.) in bulk on a yearly basis, please contact us.
Please use a separate annual contract (advisory service).
✓Service content and fees may be changed or terminated as appropriate at our discretion.
