When applying for a new business license or for changing a business plan for a general freight vehicle transportation business, the "business office" must meet the following criteria.

1 Must have the right to use
① If the property is owned by the property, a copy of the register, etc., or if the property is borrowed, a copy of a lease agreement with a term of one year or more must be attached to prove that the property has the right to use the property.
If the lease contract period is less than one year, the right to use will be supported only if the contract is automatically renewed at the end of the contract period.
② In the case of borrowing, there is no need to attach or present a certified copy of the register or a seal impression certificate of the building owner.
2.Do not conflict with the provisions of related laws and regulations such as the Agricultural Land Act, City Planning Act, Building Standards Act, etc.
① To confirm that there is no violation of the City Planning Act, as a general rule, the transportation branch office that received the application will inquire with the development department of the relevant capital, prefecture, etc.
② Regarding related laws and regulations such as the Agricultural Land Act and the Building Standards Act, it is not necessary to attach building confirmation notices, farmland conversion notification forms, etc., and a declaration stating that there is no violation of the relevant laws and regulations is required.
