Specific instruction content
At a warehouse company, it is our duty and responsibility to store cargo with the promise that it will be stored in its original packaging and form, so we carry out our daily work with full awareness of this fact. When this warehouse is full of cargo, the value of the cargo will be hundreds of millions of yen, and if it is mishandled, it will result in huge losses, so it is important to handle it with care and store it with the mind of the depositor in mind. .
| The first thing you do when you go to work | ・Visit the assigned warehouse and check for abnormalities in the roof, walls, warehouse front, locks, electric wires, etc. - Check the inside of the warehouse for any abnormalities in the stored cargo, such as collapse of cargo, rodents, insect damage, deterioration, rot, leakage or dispersion. |
| Stocking/receiving work must be carried out according to the stocking/receiving slip. | - Items without a slip will never be taken in or out of stock. ・Check whether the invoice matches the cargo (check product name, brand, symbol, grade, dimensions, quantity, etc. with the invoice) ・In the case of shipping, if you receive a request from a person on site to collect cargo that is different from the cargo listed on the slip, be sure to contact the person in charge at the counter. (Direct negotiations between the pick-up person and the person in charge of the warehouse site are a source of error, so never do this.) - Check to see if there are any tears, wetness, dirt, or reduced weight items mixed in. If there are any abnormalities, contact the person in charge at the counter, etc., and be sure to be present when entering and exiting the warehouse. ・Not only when the depositor picks up the cargo directly, but also when the transporter is present, both parties must be present to confirm that there are no mistakes in the delivery of the cargo. ・For cargo that has been issued a warehouse bill, please be sure to attach a tag indicating that the cargo is a "warehouse bill issued cargo" when contacted by the person in charge at the counter. - Always clarify the remaining quantity by writing the date and quantity on the packing slip each time you receive or issue goods, and check the quantity regularly. ・Be careful not to lose the cargo tag. |
| After completing the day's loading/unloading work | Be sure to keep a work diary in the designated place, and be sure to report the day's work to the person in charge. |
| Regarding storage management, please comply with the following: | - Carefully consider the packaging style, nature, quantity of cargo, warehouse structure, ventilation conditions, etc., and store cargo in an optimal location. - When attaching, use well-dried rootstocks, pallets, and skits. ・Pay attention to the marks displayed on the cargo, such as ``No need to top and bottom,'' ``No need to lower the cargo,'' and ``No need to tip over,'' when loading the cargo. - In warehouses without cargo rails, be careful not to lean cargo against walls, as there is a risk of damage to walls and buildings due to collapse. - Cargo that does not like hot air should be moved a little away from the south or west wall. |
| Keep in mind to keep the inside and outside of the warehouse tidy and clean. | - Carefully organize, organize, and clean the inside of the refrigerator. ・In addition to simply cleaning the aisles, dust accumulated on long-term stored cargo should also be removed. ・Inspect whether damaged pallets or cargo handling equipment are left around the warehouse, and if so, clean them up. ・Cleaning tools must be placed in designated areas. |
| Enforcement of patrols inside and outside the warehouse | - Regularly inspect the inside and outside of the warehouse and pay attention to the following points. ・Are there any abnormalities in the ventilation or temperature inside the refrigerator? - Are the inside and outside of the warehouse tidy and cleaned? ・Is there any damage to the building? ・Is there any deterioration or damage to the cargo? ・Presence of rat and insect damage. ・Whether the cargo is stored and packed appropriately. ・Whether there are any problems with disaster prevention methods. Are the door locks secure? Are fire extinguishers and fire protection equipment in their designated locations? Are the windows broken? ・Is fire control completely enforced? Are there any cigarette butts or matchsticks lying around aisles or entrances? ・Is cargo powder being managed appropriately? Is the collected powder separated and stored according to type and degree of contamination? ・Is there any risk of the load collapsing? ・Is there any cargo that does not want to be stored together with other cargo? (Note) Items that easily generate heat: soybean meal, fish meal Things that help prevent pests and diseases: rice bran, starch |
| Be careful about fire prevention | ・Check that the expiry date of the fire extinguisher has not passed. ・Check whether the nozzle or hose of the fire extinguisher is clogged with chemicals. ・Make sure to dispose of any embers from the stove. ・Smoking is prohibited inside the warehouse. If you wish to smoke during breaks, please use the provided cigarette butt holder in the designated smoking area. ・Make sure to clean up the ashtray and cigarette butt container after use. ・When you are away from the station, be sure to check the electric heater cord and gas main valve. - Unnecessary persons are strictly prohibited from entering the warehouse. If it is unavoidable to allow outsiders into the warehouse, a person in charge must accompany them, and they must refrain from smoking, using matches, or lighters. ・When using cargo handling equipment, be careful as sparks may occur due to a malfunction in the electrical cord. |
| Other compliance matters | ・If you discover theft, fire, broken doors, or other abnormalities, immediately contact the person in charge at the site. - Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment (rootstocks, pallet fire extinguishing equipment, temperature and humidity meters, etc.) so that they can be used at any time, and keep track of their quantities. |
