We often receive inquiries from people who want to buy, sell, transfer, or merge processing facilities.
One of the reasons is that ``despite the aging of the management layer, many companies do not have a successor.''
Another reason is that ``the amount of industrial waste generated is not expected to increase and the competitive environment has become more intense, making it difficult to continue the business''.
Under these circumstances, issues such as the transfer, merger, and inheritance of processing facilities will become more common in the future.
However, there are no procedures for transfer etc. in the industrial waste treatment industry and collection and transportation industry.

Example 1: Company B absorbs and merges the business of intermediate processor A.
→B needs to apply for a new permit for intermediate processing business and receive "merger permission" for the facilities it owns.
Example 2 When B takes over the business of intermediate processor A (no merger)
→B needs to obtain a new license for intermediate treatment business, and also needs to receive "permission to transfer" the facilities it owns.
Also, A needs to apply for abolition.
Example 3 Intermediate processor A's corporate status continues, but a director is sent from B (B takes over management)
→A needs to apply for a change of officer.
Example 4 The manager of intermediate processing company A passed away and left the license to C as an inheritance.
→When there is inheritance of a licensed facility installer, heir C will inherit the status of licensed facility installer A. Heir C, who has inherited the position through inheritance, must notify the prefectural governor to that effect within 30 days from the date of inheritance.
