Regarding application timing for renewal of business license for general chartered passenger car transportation business
Reception period for renewal permit applications
For applications made after April 2017, 4, the renewal period for permits will be as follows:

| From February 1st to March 1th | During November of the previous year |
・In order to level out the review process for renewal permit applications and process them efficiently, applications will be accepted for a certain period of time and processed in batches on a quarterly basis.
・In order to prevent failure to submit applications, there will be a period after the application period ends to confirm businesses that have not submitted their applications.
However, as a transitional measure, for businesses whose validity period expires between April 2017 and September 4, 1, the application period will be as follows.

First renewal deadline
- Regarding the deadline for the first renewal of an existing business, the year is determined according to the last digit of the Western calendar of the year in which permission (including license) was received, and the month and day are determined according to the date when permission was received.
【Example】
If you received permission on January 2001, 1 ⇒ Business license is valid until January 6, 2021
・If an application is required between April 2017, 4 and April 1, 4, the application must be submitted within the expiry date of the business license, but as a transitional measure, the safe investment plan and business income and expenditure estimate must be submitted. The submission deadline is June 30th.
- If you submit the required documents within the deadline, your business license will not expire until you receive permission for renewal or disapproval.
・The first renewal date will be notified to all businesses during fiscal 2016, and each business will be notified again in advance of the renewal deadline.
