Regarding business vehicles, there are the following regulations.

① Welfare vehicles as stipulated in Article 51-3, Paragraph 1, Item 8 of the Road Transport Act Enforcement Regulations (vehicles equipped with special equipment such as lifts, slopes, and beds for wheelchairs or stretchers, or rotating seats and lifts) A vehicle equipped with a device that makes it easier to get in and out of the vehicle, such as an upseat (hereinafter referred to as a "welfare vehicle").
