In Tokyo, the reception desk is different depending on the metropolitan area and municipalities.

When registering for bidding participation qualifications for local governments within Tokyo, reception desks are set up in the Tokyo metropolitan area and each ward, town, or village, and you will need to select the local government you wish to bid on and apply.

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government has established a system called the Tokyo Electronic Procurement System, and if you wish to participate in a bidding project ordered by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, you must register your bid participation qualifications with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. Registration applications are accepted both regularly and at any time.

With the exception of some wards and municipalities within Tokyo, we offer a ``Jointly Operated Electronic Procurement Service,'' in which applications are jointly accepted. If you wish to participate in a bidding project ordered by a municipality, you must register here. Applications for first-time competitive bidding registration review are accepted at any time, and the expiration date is until the last day of the month 1 year and 8 months after the month following the fiscal year end immediately before the month in which the registration application was approved. If you wish to continue registration after the expiration date, you will need to apply for continuation.

Please note that local governments and some administrative associations other than the Tokyo metropolitan area, wards, cities, towns and villages that accept applications through the Tokyo Metropolitan Electronic Procurement System and Jointly Operated Electronic Procurement Service accept applications on their own.
