▶Disaster prevention agreement
A disaster prevention agreement is an agreement between a construction company, the government, a special corporation, etc. (Act on Promotion of Proper Bidding and Contracts for Public Works (Act No. 127 of 2000) No. 2) that stipulates the disaster prevention activities of construction companies during disasters. This refers to an agreement between a special corporation, etc. prescribed in Article 1, Paragraph 1) or a local government.
