■Before outsourcing to us, what problems or issues did you have with license and permit management?

The work was concentrated in the first half of the year, and although it was handled by two or three people in the department, there was a limit, and the problem was that the work was busy during that period and required a lot of overtime.

■Why did you choose our company?

We were introduced to you by another company to which we outsource our qualification management, and also because another department within our company had outsourced application processing to you. Due to these connections, we decided to ask you for your assistance.

■After receiving support, how did your initial challenges resolve?

The workload has been lightened and the burden on the department has been reduced. Overtime work has also decreased compared to the beginning.

We appreciate the close collaboration between our company and yours as we carry out our work together.

Furthermore, regarding questions about permits and licenses, we previously contacted the government offices directly, but now that we go through your company, we can receive advice based on other companies' cases and past examples, which is very reassuring.

■What challenges would you like to tackle with our company in the future?

Currently, we outsource some of the procedures necessary to maintain our licenses and permits, but we would appreciate it if you could provide separate quotes for any tasks that are not currently outsourced, especially during busy periods or when we have specific problems.

As our relationship has grown over the years, I believe we have been able to build a relationship of trust between our company and your company's representatives.
