■Before outsourcing to us, what problems or issues did you have with license and permit management?
The work was concentrated in the first half of the year, and although it was handled by two or three people in the department, there was a limit, and the problem was that the work was busy during that period and required a lot of overtime.
■Why did you choose our company?
We were introduced to them by another company that we outsource our qualification management to, and because other departments within our company also outsource application procedures, we decided to ask them to do the work.
■After receiving support, how did your initial challenges resolve?
The workload has been lightened and the burden on the department has been reduced. Overtime work has also decreased compared to the beginning.
Our company and your company work closely together, which is helpful.
Additionally, in the past we had to contact the government office directly regarding questions about permits and licenses, but by going through your company, we can receive advice that takes into account the cases of other companies and past cases, which is reassuring.
■What challenges would you like to tackle with our company in the future?
Currently, we are outsourcing some of the procedures necessary to maintain licenses and permits, but even for tasks that we are not currently outsourcing, we would be happy to receive separate quotes in the future when we are busy or have specific problems.
As our relationship continues for many years, I feel that we have been able to build a relationship of trust between our company and your company's personnel.
