■Before outsourcing to us, what problems did you have with permit management? (What made you consider outsourcing?)
At the time, a few people in the department were managing licenses and permits and individual qualifications, but there were many personnel changes every month, and collecting and exchanging documents from the relevant individuals took time and became a burden.

We were looking for a company that could handle not only applications and notifications, but also all communication with individual recipients.
