■Why did you consider outsourcing the integrated management of real estate transaction managers?
Our company currently has over 1,000 real estate transaction managers.
Previously, one person in charge of the human resources department was responsible for managing the deadline for supervisor certificates, registering successful candidates, and making various changes for individual supervisors, while also handling other duties, which resulted in the burden of work. was quite large.
In particular, in our company's case, each manager is registered in a different prefecture, so every time an employee had an inquiry, we had to contact the relevant government office. The formats and attached documents differ depending on the jurisdiction, and the answers also differ depending on the person in charge, so this was an inefficient situation.
We began to consider outsourcing as we saw a situation where only a few staff members were aware of the work and the handover system as risks.
■Why did you choose our company?
I learned about Support Administrative Scrivener Corporation through an introduction from another department.
We looked for other companies in advance, but while they did "license and permit management," there were few companies that also did "employee supervisor qualification management." Furthermore, the services they offered were different from what we wanted and were over our budget.
In the case of Support, there was a six-month "trial period," which made it easy for us to make the request since this was our first time outsourcing and we were feeling our way around.
The pricing is also reasonably priced.
■How do you feel about actually receiving support?
The workload within the human resources department has been significantly reduced, and efficiency and accuracy have also increased.
Even if we have any questions about management, we can contact the support administrative scrivener corporation's dedicated office and immediately receive professional advice based on an understanding of our company's situation, which is very reassuring.
In our company, the Human Resources Department is responsible for managing employee supervisors, while other departments are responsible for managing the real estate licenses themselves, so information sharing across departments is necessary. However, since we began outsourcing the management of real estate agents to a support administrative scrivener corporation, which also has contracts with other departments, our company's information has been consolidated within the support administrative scrivener corporation, which can now share information smoothly as needed.
■What other support would you like?
I would be happy if you could also manage qualified persons other than real estate transaction supervisors.
Currently, the Human Resources Department keeps track of qualifications held by employees other than the real estate agent's qualification, but management of expiration dates and attendance at training courses is left entirely to the individual employees who hold the qualifications.
For example, real estate appraiser, building management manager, etc.
In particular, if you could manage qualifications that require taking courses every three years or qualifications that have expiration dates as an extension of the work we currently do, we hope that this will strengthen our management system!
