To be registered as an outdoor advertising business, you must meet the following requirements:

Outdoor advertising companies must appoint a "business manager" for each business office where they operate as a person who has knowledge about outdoor advertising materials.
The operations manager is the person in charge of overall supervision of outdoor advertising operations, including ensuring the proper execution of construction work and ensuring safety related to the installation of advertising materials.
The following people can become a business manager:

Outdoor advertising companies cannot be registered if they fall under the "Requirements for Disqualification for Registration."
