(2) Preparation of ledgers
Outdoor advertising companies must prepare a ledger containing legal matters for each business office where they conduct outdoor advertising business, record matters related to business, and store the book for at least five years.
The following items should be mainly recorded in the ledger:
・ Trade name, name or name and address of the orderer
・Location of advertising materials, etc.
・ Name or type and quantity of advertising materials, etc.
・Date of displaying or installing advertising materials, etc.
・ Contract amount
(3) Various change notifications
If there are any changes to the registered information, outdoor advertising companies must submit a change notification within 30 days from the date of the change.
The main items to be reported are as follows.
- Trade name, name and address Name and location of business office
・ Name of officer
- Name of the business manager and name of the office to which he/she belongs
