Support for filing septic tank installation notifications and applying for subsidies.
Why not leave all that tedious paperwork to a certified administrative scrivener and focus on your actual work?
A septic tank installation notification is a document that must be submitted to the prefectural governor in advance when installing a new septic tank.
Local governments are required to check in advance whether the septic tanks to be installed "meet legal standards" and "will be installed correctly."
With the amendment to the Administrative Scrivener Act coming into effect in January 2026, we are seeing an increase in new inquiries from businesses that previously relied on septic tank installation companies to handle applications. We minimize your burden by offering a package deal that includes both installation notification assistance and subsidy application support.

Do you have this problem?
Concerns about "time and manpower"
- Due to a shortage of skilled workers, the company president himself is out on site, making it impossible to operate during government office hours (weekday daytime).
- Working on-site during the day and creating drawings and documents in the office at night has become the norm, resulting in a "double job" situation.
Concerns regarding "construction period and speed"
- Construction cannot begin until the application is accepted, so even a one-week delay due to a correction request from the government office throws the entire schedule into disarray.
- I was caught in a dilemma: the client was telling me to "hurry up," while the government office was saying "there are not enough documents."
Concerns regarding "specialized knowledge and legal revisions"
- The rules vary from one municipality to another; the requirements for attached documents and how to draw diagrams change, making it a hassle to look them up every time.
- Subsidies are often allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and delays in preparing the necessary documents can lead to the budget being lost.
- They haven't been able to adapt to the legal changes.

The calculation of the number of people to be processed is determined by the Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS A3302-2000), and in the case of residential facilities, it is determined by the total floor area of the residence in question.
The revised Septic Tank Law, enacted in 1, prohibited the installation of single-unit septic tanks in principle, and users of single-unit septic tanks were required to endeavor to convert to combined-unit septic tanks. Currently installed single-unit septic tanks are still usable.
While many such businesses still exist, we urge them to utilize subsidies and make a swift transition.
