In order to apply for registration of establishment of a business office of a foreign company, the following documents certified by the competent authorities of the home country are required.
① Documents sufficient to acknowledge the location of the head office
②Articles of incorporation of the foreign company and other documents sufficient to identify the nature of the foreign company
③Document proving the qualifications of the representative in Japan
④ If there is a provision regarding the public notice method pursuant to the provisions of Article 939, Paragraph 2 of the Companies Act, a document proving this.

There are two ways to bring the document to a notary public office, similar to a notary public office in your home country of Japan, and have it authenticated by a notary public, and to bring the document to a Japanese embassy or consulate and have it authenticated by a consular officer.
