How many people are required for establishment?
Four or more members are required.
Even if you are in a different industry, you can establish one if mutual aid is possible.
Large companies and company employees (excluding those who are starting a business) cannot become union members.

How should I name my union?
Be sure to include "business cooperative" or "cooperative" before and after the name of the association.
What is the limit for investment (capital)?
The maximum investment amount is 25/100.

If the association is established by members within one prefecture, it will be approved by the prefectural governor.
