Business cooperatives require joint ventures.

Joint businesses can be broadly divided into economic and non-economic businesses, and business operations must be conducted through a combination of the following businesses.

*It is not possible to establish a business cooperative solely for the purpose of accepting foreign technical intern trainees.

◆About economic business

Group purchasing businessThis is a business in which the association purchases materials and other items needed by its members in bulk and supplies them to the members.
This allows us to lower purchase prices and improve transaction conditions.
joint sales businessThis is a business in which the association collectively sells products manufactured by its members.
This will not only make trading conditions such as sales prices and payment conditions more favorable, but also allow for the expansion of new sales channels.
Joint production/processing businessThe cooperative introduces expensive and large machinery and equipment that cannot be owned by individual cooperatives,
This is a business that produces, processes, and supplies items that the members need.
This makes it possible to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase work efficiency.
Joint order businessIn this project, the union acts as a point of contact and accepts the work, and each member takes part in manufacturing and execution, and the union delivers the work.
This makes it possible to receive large orders and large-scale construction orders, which leads to improvement of the technical skills of the cooperative members.

◆About non-economic business

Market development/
Sales promotion business
This is often carried out in conjunction with joint sales or joint ordering projects, and is aimed at expanding sales channels and cultivating markets for the products and products of the members.
Businesses that promote branding include holding and exhibiting at exhibitions, joint advertising, joint sales, and point service businesses.
Human resources training business The core of corporate management is human resources. Human resource development projects carried out by unions vary, including those targeted at union members, their successors, and employees of member companies, but it is necessary to implement education and training in a planned and systematic manner.

R & D businessFor a company to grow, it is essential to constantly develop new products and technologies, improve production processes, etc. In this project, the association jointly conducts research and development that would be difficult for individual small and medium-sized enterprises to carry out.
financial businessThis takes the form of lending business funds to members, discounting bills, and guaranteeing debts to financial institutions.
Joint labor management businessThis is a business in which the union performs some labor management tasks performed by union members on behalf of its members, such as securing and retaining employees and developing their skills.
This will not only improve working conditions such as welfare benefits, health and safety, and the work environment, but also improve employee retention rates and technology/skills.
Welfare businessThis project aims to improve the lives of its members, and includes health checkups, payment of congratulatory and condolence money, social trips, recreational activities, etc.
Please note that if you pay an amount exceeding 10 yen for congratulations or condolences, etc., it falls under the category of "mutual aid business" regardless of the name.
