Preparation of required documents

Send documents to affiliated law firm
We will send both the documents required on the Japanese side and the documents required on the Korean side to our affiliated legal firm in Korea.
Deposit money to a Korean lawyer's office
Deposit the fees required for the application.
*Our fees will be received after the application is submitted, but the necessary expenses to the lawyer's office must be paid in advance.
Application for registration
One to two days after the payment of the fee, we will apply for registration at our affiliated law firm.
After completing the application, we will issue an invoice for our compensation.
After registration is completed, business registration at the tax office
Once registration is complete, you will need to register as a business at the tax office.
