About ZEH support project
Applicants are individuals who are building or purchasing a new home, or corporations who are selling a new home.
Main points of grant requirements
◆ZEH
①The definition of "ZEH" for detached houses must be met.
②The house must be constructed, designed, or sold by a ZEH builder/planner registered with SII.
◆ZEH+
① Meet the definition of "ZEH" for detached houses, and meet the following I and II.
I. Achieving further energy savings (reducing primary energy consumption by 25% or more from energy saving standards)
II. Introducing two or more of the following measures to expand self-consumption of renewable energy:
❶Further strengthening of outer skin performance
❷Advanced energy management
❸Charging equipment or charging/discharging equipment to expand self-consumption using electric vehicles (including PHV vehicles)
②The house must be constructed, designed, or sold by a ZEH builder/planner registered with SII.
Process to receive subsidy
Applicants who wish to utilize subsidies request construction work from a construction company, and the construction company then applies to our company. (See diagram below)
Therefore, customers can use subsidies as a sales tool to make proposals to applicants (orderers).

Your application will not be automatically carried over to the next open call, so you will need to make a new application.
It is necessary to start the project after receiving the grant decision notification and obtaining the grant decision number.

The only energy storage systems that can be applied for are lithium-ion energy storage systems that are registered as having a renewable energy energy storage mode in the list of products eligible for subsidy under the 27 supplementary budget housing energy-saving renovation promotion project subsidy.
(Lead-acid batteries are not eligible for subsidy.)
