- The product must be certified as a module by the JETPVm certification established by the Japan Electrical Safety and Environment Technology Laboratories (JET) or be equivalent to or higher than the JETPVm certification, or the product must be certified as a solar cell module by a certification body that is a member of the IECEE-PV-FCS system of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) (only products with certification validity dates are eligible).

After installation, the scheme, installation costs, electricity charges, etc. will be provided to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, and consent will be given to their use in public relations, etc.
