Promotion of energy-saving renovations in existing homes

(Highly insulated windows, doors, insulation materials, bathtubs)

In order to promote the spread of insulated and solar-powered homes that are energy-efficient, disaster-resistant, and healthy, we provide subsidies for renovations to install highly insulated windows, doors, insulation materials, and bathtubs.

Application acceptance period (7)

[Advance application] From May 7, 30

　* The contract was concluded between April 7, 30 and June XNUMX, XNUMX.　

　　→The deadline for accepting advance applications is March 8, 3.

[Subsidy application and performance report] From June 7, 28 to March 11, 30

Subsidy

[Highly insulated windows and doors]

The total amount (subsidy unit price) per location or per piece of glass depending on the performance and size of the target product to be installed through the construction work　
*Amounts less than 1,000 yen are rounded down

Maximum amount: 1,300,000 yen per dwelling unit

* If the applicant is a management association of a condominium complex and the number of units to be renovated is 50 or more, the subsidy unit price will be multiplied by 1.2.

Maximum amount: 1 yen per dwelling unit

* For products registered under the Ministry of Housing's 2025 Energy Campaign "Insulation + Security Windows," the subsidy amount is 2.5 times the subsidy unit price of the window in question.

Maximum amount: 3,250,000 yen per dwelling unit

*Expenses covered by subsidy: material costs + construction costs

[Thermal insulation]

Whichever is smaller:

・1/3 of the eligible expenses (rounded down to the nearest 1,000 yen)

・1,000,000 yen per unit

- In case of receiving a subsidy from the government, the amount of the subsidy

*Expenses eligible for subsidy: Material costs (for heat-resistant coating, only paint costs) + Construction costs (for heat-resistant coating, only painting costs)

[Highly insulated bathtub]

Whichever is smaller:

・1/3 of the eligible expenses (rounded down to the nearest 1,000 yen)

・95,000 yen per unit

*Expenses covered by subsidy: material costs + construction costs

Main requirements for the target device

【common】

- New installations must be made in existing homes within Tokyo after April 1, 2025.

*Newly constructed homes are not eligible.

-The item is unused.

[Highly insulated windows]

- Products that are registered as eligible for subsidies under the Insulation Renovation/Advanced Window Renovation or Child-rearing Green Housing Support Program.             

[Highly insulated door]

・Registered as an advanced window renovation business.
Or it is registered as a childcare eco-home and has a thermal conductivity of 2.3 W/(㎡・K) or less.

- Among the fixtures installed in openings in the exterior part of a house, they must be fixtures that can be locked from the outside.

[Thermal insulation]

- In one or more rooms, install insulation in all areas that come into contact with the outside air, etc.

　 *Installed and constructed in all parts of the rooms to be renovated that come into contact with outside air, etc.

- The thermal resistance value of the insulation (thickness of insulation ÷ thermal conductivity) is: ceiling: 2.7 or more, exterior wall: 2.7 or more, floor: 2.2 or more.          

・The product is registered as eligible for subsidies under the insulation renovation or child-rearing green housing support programs.

[Highly insulated bathtub]

- Performance equal to or better than that of a "highly insulated bathtub" as defined in JIS A5532:2011

- Products that are registered as eligible for subsidies under the Childrearing Green Housing Support Program

- Individuals, corporations and management associations who own homes in Tokyo
