Project to promote the introduction of storage batteries in households (storage batteries)
This is a system that subsidizes a portion of the cost for those who install a storage battery system in their residence in Tokyo.
This project applies to both new and existing homes.
Application acceptance period (8)
Pre-registration:Starts May 8, 5!
Grant application and performance report:Scheduled to start on June 30, 2026
Subsidy
New installation of battery storage system
Storage capacity (kWh) x 10 yen (subsidized expenses (excluding tax) are the upper limit)
Adding storage battery units
Storage capacity (kWh) x 6 yen (subsidized expenses (excluding tax) are the upper limit)
*The above formula is the basis for calculating the subsidy amount, and there are many other additional factors.
*Expenses covered by the grant: Equipment costs (costs required for purchasing facilities and equipment, etc.) + construction costs (excluding consumption tax)
Main requirements for the target device
① The equipment must be eligible for subsidy and newly installed in a home within Tokyo.
② The subsidized equipment must be installed between April 1, 2026 and March 30, 2029.
③ It must be registered with "SII".
④ The equipment eligible for the subsidy must not have received any other similar subsidies from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government or the public corporation.
(For example, the Zero Emissions application being implemented by Coolnet Tokyo)
◆Equipment costs per 1kWh of storage capacity may be specified.
◆There may be a specified period for installing the storage battery.

Quotation
・The address of the location where the target equipment will be installed must be clearly stated. ・The name of the grant applicant must be stated in the "Recipient (Orderer)" field. ・The package model number or unit model number or IoT device model number of the target equipment must be accurately stated. ・The price of the target equipment (equipment cost and installation cost only. Consumption tax and miscellaneous expenses not included) must be clearly stated. ・If a public corporation-style quotation is used, the date of issue, name of the issuing company, and issuing company seal must be included.
