Ecocute, etc. (Project to promote the efficient use of heat and electricity)
"Ecocute, etc. (Project to Promote Effective Use of Heat and Electricity)" means This system aims to expand the use of renewable energy and promote energy conservation, and supports the introduction of high-efficiency water heaters and other equipment primarily in homes and businesses.
① If it has a function to heat water during the day using sunlight: 14 yen/unit ② If you have a contract for a 100% renewable energy electricity plan and that electricity is supplied to a house where an EcoCute (heat pump water heater) or similar is installed: 5 yen/unit ③ When participating in a DR demonstration when installing a new EcoCute system, etc.: 8 yen/unit ④ If you participate in the DR demonstration when installing a new EcoCute or similar system as described in ① and ② above: Add 8 yen per unit.
Main requirements
1) The equipment is eligible for subsidy and has been newly installed in a home within Tokyo.
② The subsidized equipment must be installed between April 1, 2026 and March 30, 2029.
③The item is unused.
④ The heat and electricity supplied by the subsidized equipment will be used in the residential portion of the subsidized house.
⑤ The applicable equipment is not receiving any other similar subsidies from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government or the Corporation.
(For example, the Zero Emissions application being implemented by Coolnet Tokyo)
⑥ The water heater must utilize a heat pump and be either an electric heat pump water heater (EcoCute) or a heat pump/gas instantaneous water heater (hybrid water heater).

Quotation
・The address of the location where the target equipment will be installed must be clearly stated. ・The name of the grant applicant must be stated in the "Destination (Orderer)" field. ・In the case of an EcoCute, the "system model number" of the target equipment must be stated accurately. In the case of a hybrid water heater, the model numbers of the heat pump, hot water storage unit, and auxiliary heat source unit must be stated. ・Estimates of the equipment cost and construction cost must be stated separately (excluding consumption tax).
