Subsidies are available for the installation of solar power generation equipment.
Features of this subsidy
Even the renovation of a single window is eligible for the subsidy. (However, the total amount of the subsidy application must be 5 yen or more). - Can be used in conjunction with national subsidies (such as Mirai Eco/Advanced Window Renovation). (With a limit) - Subsidies are available even for high-insulation doors only (without window renovations) or high-insulation bathtubs only.

Highly insulated door

- It must be newly installed in a residence (limited to existing residences) within Tokyo.
- Doors that are registered as eligible products under the Advanced Window Renovation Project, or doors that are registered as eligible products under the Mirai Eco Housing Project, and whose performance classification code is a thermal transmittance of 2.3 W/(m²·K) or less as shown in the table below.
- A door that can be certified to have a heat transfer coefficient of 2.3 W/(m²·K) or less. (A self-declaration of conformity, etc., must be submitted along with the documents demonstrating the heat transfer coefficient.)
Insulation
-The item is unused.
- It must be newly installed on the walls, roofs, ceilings, floors, etc. of a residence (limited to existing residences) located in Tokyo.
- The product must be registered as eligible for subsidies under the national government's carbon dioxide emission reduction measures subsidy program (limited to support programs related to insulation renovations) or the Mirai Eco Housing program.
- If heat-reflective coating is included as an eligible expense, the following requirements must be met.
(a) The solar reflectance (near-infrared wavelength range) must be 50% or higher, as specified in JIS K5602.
(i) Apply heat-reflective paint to the areas where insulation material has been installed in this project.
Highly insulated bathtub
-The item is unused.
- The installation must be for a newly built residence (existing residence only) located within Tokyo.
- Must have performance equivalent to or better than a "highly insulated bathtub" as defined in JIS A5532:2011.
• High-insulation bathtubs registered as eligible products under the national Future Eco Housing Project are also eligible.

Process to receive subsidy
Applicants who wish to utilize subsidies request construction work from a construction company, and the construction company then applies to our company. (See diagram below)
