This is a subsidized project jointly undertaken by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and the Ministry of the Environment.

Process to receive subsidy
Applicants who wish to utilize the subsidy request construction work from a construction company, and the construction company then applies to our company (see the diagram below).
Therefore, customers can use subsidies as a sales tool to make proposals to applicants (orderers).
What is the Housing Energy Saving 2026 Campaign?
Following on from the "Home Energy Conservation 2025 Campaign," the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and the Ministry of the Environment are providing subsidies to support energy-saving renovations of homes, such as the installation of high-efficiency water heaters, replacement of EcoJozu appliances, insulation renovations for windows, and the installation of eco-friendly housing equipment (high-insulation bathtubs, etc.), which are initiatives undertaken by the three ministries.
In addition, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and the Ministry of the Environment will support the construction of new GX-oriented homes (custom-built homes, detached homes, and rental homes), long-term quality homes for child-rearing households and young couples, and new ZEH-standard homes (custom-built homes, detached homes, and rental homes).
The budget proposal was approved by the Cabinet on November 28, 2025.
