What is employment retention support?
○ Companies, Welfare services for persons with disabilities Provides support for liaising with business operators, medical institutions, etc., and resolving daily life issues associated with employment.
○The period of use is up to 3 years (from 6 months after regular employment to 3 years and 6 months), and the payment decision is updated every year. After use, the service will be handed over to the Employment and Life Support Center for Persons with Disabilities, etc., if necessary, and cooperation will be provided (additional employment retention results).
Operator requirements
Over the past three years, an average of more than one new person with disabilities has been added to regular workplaces as designated for employment transition support, employment continuation support (Type A/B), daily life care, and independence training (functional training/lifestyle training). The above requirements must also be met when renewing the designation. Designation is made on a business establishment basis.
*Employment retention support is not applicable to multi-functional establishments, and there is no capacity for use.

However, this is equivalent to full-time employment, so please be careful about your work schedule.
Equipment standards
It is necessary to have an office or section of the size necessary for the business, and be equipped with the necessary equipment and equipment. If there is no problem, you may use the consultation room and equipment of other offices on the same premises.
Operating standards
〇As support for settling in the workplace,
・Face-to-face support with users at least once a month (required)
- Visit the user's employer at least once a month to understand the user's situation at the workplace. (duty to make efforts)
・In addition to various records of employees, accounting, etc., the usage status of other support organizations and the status of collaboration with other support organizations are recorded in case records, etc.
It will be maintained and preserved for five years.
