Opening hours subtraction
If the business hours specified in the operating regulations are less than 6 hours, you may be subject to deduction.
・Opening time less than 4 hours: 70% of the specified number of units will be calculated (30% subtraction)
・Opening time of 4 hours or more but less than 6 hours Calculated as 85% of the specified number of units (15% subtraction)
*Business hours do not include time for pick-up and drop-off only.
*Business hours are the business hours specified in the operating regulations.
If the actual service provision time is shortened to less than 6 hours due to the circumstances of the child with a disability, etc.
Opening hours will not be deducted.
However, the business hours stipulated in the operating regulations
Care should be taken if there is a significant discrepancy in actual business hours.
Excess capacity deduction
In the following cases, 70% of the specified number of units will be calculated (30% subtraction)
・If the number of users per day is less than 1 people, if the number of users exceeds 50% of the capacity.
・If the average number of users over the past three months exceeds 3% of the capacity (however, if the capacity is 125 or less, the number exceeds the capacity plus 11)
