A small-scale licensed nursery school is a new nursery school that started in April 27.
Licensed nursery schools have a capacity of 60 or more children, while small-scale licensed nursery schools have a capacity of 6 to 19 children, which is smaller as the name suggests, and are mainly located in urban areas.
The target age group is 0 to 2 years old, and until now, small-scale childcare facilities with 19 or fewer children were not permitted to be licensed, but each local government has now approved them.
It takes two years to establish a licensed daycare center, but a small-scale licensed daycare center can open in about six months.

| Authorization/Certification | As a result of the examination, if it is found to be suitable, an installation permit (certificate of installation) will be issued. |
