[ZEB] Accelerated decarbonization renovation project for commercial buildings

In order to reduce CO2 emissions, many existing buildings do not meet current energy-saving standards, so it is essential to promote the decarbonization of these buildings.
In order to achieve ZEB, a decision has been made to accelerate support for the introduction of high-insulation exterior buildings and highly efficient air conditioning equipment.
Subsidies will be provided for the equipment and construction costs associated with improving the insulation of the exterior (insulated windows and insulation materials) and renovating high-efficiency equipment (air conditioning, lighting, hot water).
Construction plans for up to four years from fiscal year 2024 will also be covered.
This allows for a long construction period and allows for flexible construction planning.

Process to receive subsidy
Applicants who wish to utilize subsidies request construction work from a construction company, and the construction company then applies to our company. (See diagram below)
