Application assistance service for subsidies related to promoting energy conservation in truck transportation.

By utilizing this subsidy, truck operators, shippers, and leasing companies can primarily benefit from two advantages: financial assistance for system and vehicle introduction costs, and cost reductions (fuel costs) through improved operational efficiency.

Project implementation scheme

Subsidized business

This project requires collaboration between truck operators and shippers, etc., and will subsidize a portion of the costs required to implement the following subsidized items 1 and 2.

1. Vehicle tracking system, reservation system, etc., loss planning system, and AI/IoT-based system integration tools

Two double-trailer trucks and swap body container vehicles

Subsidized businesses

Businesses eligible for the subsidy are those that fall under any of the following categories "A" through "E". Depending on the system or vehicle to be introduced, it may be possible to apply individually or only through a joint application.

2. Application requirements for each type of application (individual application/joint application)

The requirements vary depending on the system and vehicle type, as follows:

• Reservation system / Vehicle dispatch planning system
  • A, I, U, EBoth individual and joint applications are possible.
  • OhJoint applications only are accepted.
• Vehicle tracking system + reservation system or dispatch planning system / Double-trailer trucks / Swap body container vehicles
  • A, I, UBoth individual and joint applications are possible.
  • E.O.Joint applications only are accepted.
• AI/IoT-based system integration tools
  • A, I, UBoth individual and joint applications are possible.
  • Eh・OhJoint applications only are accepted.

Subsidy

Vehicle movement management system

Maximum subsidy amount: per unit14 million yen(Maximum of 30 units per business)
Subsidy rate: Fixed amount (within 1/2)

Reservation system, etc. (reservation acceptance, ASN, pre-order information confirmation, pallet management, etc.)

Maximum subsidy amount: per business4,000 million yen

Maximum subsidy amount: per business5,000 million yen
Subsidy rate: Fixed amount (within 1/2)

Double-trailer truck

Subsidy rate: Fixed amount (up to 1/2 or up to 1/3)

Swap Body Container Vehicle

Maximum subsidy amount: per unit1,000 million yen(Maximum of 10 vehicles per business. Maximum of 3 cargo beds per vehicle.)
Subsidy rate: Fixed amount (up to 1/2 or up to 1/3)

First public call: July 4, 2020 (Friday) 10:00 to July 14 (Monday) 16:00　　Finish

Third public call: Friday, August 29, 2020, 14:00 to Monday, September 8, 16:00　　　Finish
