Application assistance service for subsidies supporting the introduction and operational improvement of energy-saving equipment to achieve zero emissions.
Subsidy overview
This subsidy program allows small and medium-sized enterprises in Tokyo (including leasing companies or ESCO companies that jointly implement the project) to receive assistance with equipment installation and construction costs, enabling them to reduce their daily utility costs in the long term.
Eligible persons
Small and medium-sized enterprises, sole proprietors, educational institutions, general incorporated associations, medical corporations, social welfare corporations, etc., located in Tokyo. (Leasing companies and ESCO companies that conduct business jointly with these businesses are also included.)
Eligible facilities
① Introduction of energy-saving equipment
Energy-saving equipment such as high-efficiency air conditioning systems, total heat exchangers, LED lighting systems, high-efficiency boilers, high-efficiency transformers, insulated windows, high-efficiency compressors, and high-efficiency refrigeration and freezing equipment.
➁ Practical implementation of operational improvements
Operational improvements such as the introduction of motion sensors and the subdivision of lighting switches.
Grant amount
The system is divided into three categories based on the amount of CO2 emissions that can be reduced and whether or not a prior energy-saving assessment has been conducted.
