Replacing equipment with fuels that produce less CO₂ emissions, etc.(Conversion of heavy oil-fired boilers to city gas or LPG, installation of heat pumps, introduction of cogeneration equipment, etc.) In the case of equipment upgrades, the upgrades must be to high-efficiency equipment.
Construction cost: Labor costs, design fees, material costs, consumables and miscellaneous material costs, direct management costs, testing and adjustment fees, on-site inspection fees based on laws and regulations, equipment delivery fees, etc.
