Do you have this problem?

  • I don't know how to adjust the schedule or when to submit the application.
  • The documents required for applications and performance reports are specialized and time-consuming to gather.
  • The rules are strict, and I'm afraid of failing and losing the subsidy.
  • The detailed reporting procedures to the prefecture, such as filing notifications when starting a project and applying for changes to specifications, are troublesome.

Benefits of requesting

Swift application procedures with budget limits in mind

This subsidy is granted on a first-come, first-served basis, and construction must commence only after the prefecture has approved the grant. Our organization will promptly handle the application process on your behalf, reducing the risk of budget depletion and supporting a smooth construction schedule with your contractor.

Checking and preparing complex required documents on your behalf.

We reduce your burden by having professionals handle the review and preparation of documents requiring specialized knowledge, such as building floor plans, BELS evaluation report requirements, and specifications for storage batteries.

Support for electronic applications and change procedures

Our organization will handle and support the procedures through the "e-kanagawa Electronic Application System," as well as the complex communication with the prefecture regarding plan changes and project commencement reports. We will minimize the burden on our clients and support them all the way through to receiving subsidies after project completion.

Process to receive subsidy

Applicants who wish to utilize subsidies request construction work from a construction company, and the construction company then applies to our company. (See diagram below)

Therefore, customers can use subsidies as a sales tool to make proposals to applicants (orderers).
