We aim for a society where there are no people who say bad things or complain.
To that end, I have become a model,
I want to prove that everyone is better off that way.

How is assignment determined?

Employees' preferences are taken into consideration when deciding on their work office and responsibilities.
If you let us know your preferred office at the time of selection, we will select candidates based on the assumption that you will be assigned to that office.

Job types within the office are broadly divided into two categories, which are decided based on your wishes and aptitude.

Business (assignment/practical): Providing services to customers
Business planning...marketing, recruitment, general affairs, etc.

Do you have a job transfer?

As a general rule, we do not conduct transfers that involve relocation.

We make decisions about relocation based on the wishes of the employee, such as family relocation or personal relocation.

Examples of actual transfers include:
・Since I got married, I moved to Osaka to live with my husband.
・Relocation to Tokyo in conjunction with fiance's relocation to Tokyo

Because relationships with customers are important in this job, many people never relocate.

Is there a system for childbirth and childcare?

The company has its own childcare support system.

The content of the childcare support system is for employees who are raising children under the third grade of elementary school.
This allows short-time working (4 to 6 hours) and working from home.
We hope that by offering flexible working styles, employees will be able to balance childcare and work.

Can I return to work after maternity or childcare leave?

Returns are welcome.
We want them to develop their careers over the long term, including the period of childcare.

Do you have a quota?

Do you go out a lot?

When I go out, I go to government agencies or customer sites.

What is the situation regarding holidays and holiday work?

Holidays include Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, summer vacation, and year-end and New Year holidays.

Regarding working on holidays, I will be working on new customer consultations, recruitment events, etc.
Some people come to work once or twice a month,
Depending on the job you are responsible for, there may not be any.

If you work on a holiday, you are supposed to take substitute leave on a weekday.
We take care not to increase the workload of our employees.

Is it easy to take paid vacation?

It's a pretty easy environment.

How much overtime do you have?

There is overtime, but it is not a lot.

Can I smoke in the company?

You cannot smoke at all.

Is information disclosure available to everyone through blogs and staff introductions?

Regarding blogs, the rule is that each person posts about once a month.
