What is the starting salary for new graduates?
Joined the company in 25 years, starting salary results (new university graduate)
Total: 30 to 32 yen
Determined by region/official intern evaluation
Commuting allowance will be paid separately
*The total includes business allowance, leader allowance, and housing allowance.
*The work allowance includes approximately 30 hours of expected overtime per month.
For non-university graduates, admission is determined on an individual basis, taking into account majors, etc.
Salary for mid-career hires is determined based on the individual's wishes.
What about personnel evaluation?
Personnel evaluation is performed by 3 to 5 evaluators (supervisors and colleagues) on the following items.
The evaluation is based on the average score.

Salary increases and bonuses are determined by personnel evaluation.

How will my salary increase?
