What kind of work does a licensing consultant do?

We believe that licensed consultants = experts in solving social problems.

Accidents and incidents that shake society are actually closely related to us.

The role that a licensing consultant should play is
To guide businesses and individuals so that they can abide by administrative rules.

If you can fulfill this role,
The government can make appropriate regulations,
Businesses can reduce risks and operate stably,
Individuals can live with peace of mind,
Society will not suffer any damage.

There have been incidents and accidents in the past that we feel could have been prevented if we had had more power.
Financial incidents, bus accidents, medical incidents, natural disasters, etc.

The frustration I felt at that time became the driving force behind expanding my business.

There are many problems in society, and there are many challenges to overcome.
These are social problems that cannot be solved by pity, blame, or demonstrations.

Permit consultants have a role to play in solving these social issues.

What kind of regulations are appropriate, what kind of internal auditing should be carried out properly, etc.

Why are you expanding now?

There are many jobs in front of me that can help society and customers.

Simply put, our job is to "solve management issues."
Society is currently in a period of upheaval, and new mechanisms are being created and modifications are being made repeatedly in order to respond to these changes.
Being at the cutting edge of social change and working hand-in-hand with our customers gives us the feeling of being a leader in society.
We plan to continue to steadily expand our services in response to increasing needs from society.

Will it be replaced by AI and robots in the future?

I think that in the future, simple procedures and routine tasks will increasingly be replaced by AI.
However, the services we provide are not the above mentioned services.
The emphasis is on consulting, negotiation and mediation.

Only humans can provide empathetic consulting, which involves listening to the thoughts and feelings of each customer and making their dreams come true.

Why are you expanding your business to Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka?

This is to meet the needs of customers who desire nationwide coverage.

Each branch employs about 15 to 50 people.
We can respond to a variety of customer requests.
Even if procedures are required at administrative agencies across the country, we can handle them through cooperation among our branches.

What do the four-color logo represent?

The logo expresses a company that shines even more when its unique human resources come together.
Our company advocates "all-star management," and we want all of our employees to be stars.
Therefore, the color that represents individuality remains the original color without being mixed.
It resonates with other colors and shines even brighter within the company.

What are your company's strengths?

"One blow" and "countermeasure power".

A one-shot is a way of working that allows you to do as much as you can on the spot.
When we receive a request from a customer, we do everything we can on the same day.
We do not divide work into smaller parts and create schedules.
They are not aware of deadlines and try to meet them.
The style that allows you to do as much as you can now is
Similar to defeating an opponent with one blow in martial arts,

The ability to formulate and implement countermeasures is constantly being trained.

What are your company's weaknesses?

The biggest weakness is "youth".
The company has been in business for over 10 years, and most of its full-time employees are in their 20s to 40s.
Youth is our greatest strength and also our greatest weakness.

There are mistakes, such as the person in charge lacking experience or progressing too quickly.
Rather than focusing on weaknesses and overcoming them, we aim to transform them into strengths.

What is the turnover rate?

The turnover rate is around 5-10%.
*Does not include part-time or part-time jobs.

Our company has many people who are highly motivated to grow, so
I believe that an appropriate turnover rate is around 5-10%.

It's not a work-like job where you repeat the same thing every year, so even if you were a good match when you joined the company,

The purpose is not to reduce the turnover rate,

What kind of business activities do you do?

Our sales activities consist of (1) repeat sales, (2) partnership sales, and (3) response sales.

①Repeat sales involve discussing improvements in response to requests from existing customers, leading to acceptance of the requests.
This is the most important sales activity, accounting for approximately 7% of sales.

②In affiliated sales, we collaborate with our affiliated partners to plan how to provide specialized services to our customers, and then make improvements as we implement them. Planning and improvement skills are required.

③Response sales: Regarding inquiries from websites etc.,
We propose individually tailored services and lead to acceptance.
Proposal ability and customer grip are important.

Sales activities and service provision are not separated and are carried out seamlessly within each team, making it easy to get a feel for customer satisfaction and take improvement measures that will lead to repeat business and referrals.

Is it a stable company?

It does not have a large amount of capital, and it is not a stable company.

However, our customer base is stable and we continue to do business with them.
Even the customer with the largest sales share accounts for less than 5%, so the dependence on a single customer is quite low and the company is independent.

Because our clients' industries are diverse, even in business environments where some industries are suffering damage, such as the coronavirus pandemic or recession, there is a low possibility that overall sales will decrease significantly.

Do you have a bank loan?

I have never borrowed money from a bank.

Are there any companies in which you have capital ties?

There are no companies in which we have capital ties.
We have not received any investment from other companies, nor have we invested in any other company.
