What kind of work are you currently involved in?
I am currently involved in work related to the lodging industry, and I am in charge of applying for business licenses for private lodging and inns.
Our main role is to negotiate with public health centers and fire departments on behalf of our clients and to proceed with the necessary procedures to obtain permits.
What kind of work will I be assigned in my first year?
Even in the first year, I was assigned tasks such as conducting on-site surveys alone and handling meetings and negotiations with government agencies.
You'll be entrusted with preparing application documents. A sense of responsibility is necessary, but I think it's an environment where you can grow as a result.
When do you feel a sense of fulfillment in your work?
I feel the greatest sense of accomplishment when I successfully obtain permission.
Our clients often contact us when they are starting a new business,
Many people are troubled by the complex administrative procedures involved.
When we have gone through negotiations and adjustments and have officially obtained permission,
I feel that we are contributing not only to our customers, but also to those who stay at our hotel and to society as a whole.
Conversely, are there things you find difficult?
Due to the recent increase in complaints regarding short-term rentals, the hurdles to obtaining a permit have become higher.

However, rather than seeing it as "difficult," I see it as a challenge that helps me grow.
