This time, we interviewed Ms. Nakatani, who is in her first year at the company!

We delve into the realities of Ms. Nakatani's work and the appeal of her workplace, as she is already active in a wide range of fields.

What kind of work are you currently involved in?

We primarily provide support for permit and license applications related to logistics.
We also handle some of the tasks of finding and placing advertisements for our company.

What exactly is it about?

I've only been with the company for two months, but I'm already involved in creating the necessary documents for license applications,
I am in charge of handling simple communications with government agencies.

When do you feel fulfilled in your work?

I feel a sense of accomplishment when I receive approval from the government.
Obtaining logistics-related permits and licenses typically takes about four to six months from the time of application to the government until approval is granted.
During this time, we will work with the client to make adjustments and corrections to create perfect documents.
I think the sense of accomplishment when approval is granted is greater than with other tasks!

Conversely, are there things you find difficult?

Since it's only my first year, I feel a bit overwhelmed when dealing with a field I'm unfamiliar with.
Rather than trying to avoid making mistakes, I'm working to ensure I don't make the same mistake the second time around.
