Position overview
The position of the employee upon joining the company is ``Pre-Consultant'' who aims to become a ``Consultant''.
It is divided into "AP positions" which are administrative positions.
The outline of each position is as follows.
precon
I am a candidate for the position of consultant.
All new members will start from pre-con.
Consultant
Based on the know-how we have acquired, we will lead the way in solving customer problems and building relationships.
You will be promoted to consultant within 5-10 years of joining the company.
chief consultant
You will play a central role both internally and externally, including leading projects.
Executive Officer
As a management executive, I make business decisions and solve business issues.
AP position
This is a position aimed at people who do not aim to become consultants.
(You can move to pre-conversion if you wish)
Responsible for general office work including customer service.

My job is to collaborate with people from various positions.
When progressing a project, we collaborate not only with the client, but also with people in various positions, including internal superiors, senior colleagues, home-based staff, and government officials.
