This card is called an "SD card".

SD stands for SAFE DRIVER.
This is a card that you receive when you have been without any accidents or violations for more than one year.
The color changes depending on the length of the person's accident-free/violation-free period.
This golden (no decoration) card is for people who have lived for more than 10 years but less than 20 years!

At our company, we also return this card when we deliver the application form for naturalization application.
It seems that there are some stores where you can get preferential treatment if you show this card!
