If I adopt a child, will I be able to get a spouse visa?

This is Kishimoto.
This may be because Japanese spouses may include adopted children.
Some people ask me if I can change my visa even though I have adopted a child.
A spouse visa will not be issued if the child is simply adopted.
You must meet the requirements corresponding to your own status of residence.
Those who do not need this are called “special adoptions.”
This is limited to children under the age of 6 who are no longer related to their birth parents.
I think this comes from the idea that ``I really want to stay in Japan.''
This is unavoidable as it is a legal issue in Japan.
You will need to make an effort to obtain a visa on your own.
