The required exams and work experience vary by field, so we will explain each field separately here.
1. Food service industry
- Exam Requirements :
- Pass the "Food Service Industry Specified Skills No. 2 Evaluation Test."

3. Industrial manufacturing sector
- Exam Requirements: You must pass both ① and ② or pass ③.

- Experience working as a team leader or foreman on a construction site while supervising multiple people is required.

6. Accommodation sector
- Exam Requirements :
- Pass the "Accommodation Sector Specified Skills No. 2 Evaluation Test."
- work experience :
- Candidates must have at least two years of experience in supervising multiple employees at an inn or hotel in a position such as front desk, planning/public relations, customer service, or restaurant service.
7. Building cleaning field
- Exam Requirements :
- Pass the "Building Cleaning Field Specified Skills No. 2 Evaluation Test" or the "Building Cleaning Skills Certification Level XNUMX Test."

- Have at least two years of experience in on-site management while supervising multiple workers in the internal cleaning of specific buildings.
8. Shipbuilding and marine industry
- Exam Requirements :
- Pass the "Shipbuilding and Marine Industry Specified Skills Examination No. 2" and the "Skills Examination Grade 1".

- Must have at least two years of practical experience as a supervisor in the shipbuilding or marine industry, directing, ordering and managing multiple workers.
9. Automobile maintenance field

- Pass the "Automobile Maintenance Field Specified Skills No. 2 Evaluation Test" or the "Automobile Mechanic Skills Certification Test Level 2."

11. Agriculture
- Exam Requirements :
- Pass the "Agricultural Field Specified Skills No. 2 Evaluation Test."

- More than two years of work experience in the field as a person who manages processes while instructing multiple employees, or more than three years of work experience in the field
12. Fisheries Sector
- Exam Requirements :
- Pass the "No. 2 Fisheries Skills Measurement Test."

- Japanese Language Proficiency Test N3 or above (required for both categories)
