Myanmar nationality certificate

Hello, this is Min from the Nagoya branch!
Regarding requests for naturalization, in addition to China and South Korea, we are receiving an increasing number of requests from various nationalities such as the Philippines, Nepal, Myanmar, and Peru.
Although it has become multinational and international in nature, it may or may not be possible to obtain a certificate depending on the country.
Recently, I applied for naturalization of a Myanmar national.
When applying for naturalization, it is often necessary to submit a "Certificate of Nationality".
Regarding the nationality certificate, it seems that the Myanmar embassy has stopped issuing it in recent years.
This time, I used a passport or national ID card from my home country instead of a nationality certificate.
In the case of naturalization, a certificate from your home country or a certificate from an embassy or consulate is required.
Procedures at embassies and whether or not documents are issued are subject to change from time to time, so it is important to check the latest information when applying for naturalization!
*By the way, the photo was taken the other day when I visited the Gifu Legal Affairs Bureau for a naturalization inspection.
