Requests for research on private lodging are increasing!

Hello.

I'm Kumano, in charge of private lodging in Tokyo!

Recently, we have been receiving a lot of requests for property inspections and consultations to find out whether we can file a residential lodging business notification or apply for a hotel business license.

For example, a detached property in Taito Ward was actually a private lodging business. In order to operate the property legally from now on, I would like you to investigate whether it is likely that you will be able to obtain a hotel business license for this property, and if it is difficult, whether it is possible to register as a residential lodging business, and what kind of renovations are required to do so.

When we receive such inquiries, we often proceed with the following steps.

First, we look at property documents such as drawings and carefully examine whether there is a possibility of obtaining permission for an inn business or notification of a residential lodging business. (This is currently free of charge)

If there is a possibility, we will consult with the client, receive an application form, view the property, and then go to the relevant building department, public health center, or fire department for consultation.

After the investigation, we will summarize the results of the investigation into a simple report and deliver it to you.

The areas where I have consulted since June of this year include Shinjuku Ward, Sumida Ward, Minato Ward, Taito Ward, Kita Ward, etc.

In particular, even in the case of residential lodging businesses, the required firefighting equipment is the same as inns and hotels.

Please note that the additional firefighting equipment required will vary greatly depending on the size of the existing property and its use under the Fire Service Act.

At our company, we utilize our know-how in consulting in the inn business and residential lodging business to provide consultation from a third-party perspective on behalf of the client.

Therefore, even if you have been running a private lodging business and are wondering whether to switch to legal operation or quit the private lodging business, but are worried about going to the counter by yourself, you can feel free to contact us. .

The first consultation is free, so please feel free to contact us!
