Are you following the law?

When applying for a dependent visa for an international student, the important point is the international student himself/herself.

 

Since you are responsible for your family's stay, those who cannot abide by the law will be rejected.

If you are working more hours than permitted for activities other than that permitted under the status of residence previously granted,

If the Immigration Bureau investigates, your application will be rejected.

 

Unfortunately, we have had several instances of this happening at our company. Please be extremely careful.
