 The "Technical Intern Training Law" has been enforced since November 29, 11.

With the enforcement of this law, supervising organizations will be subject to a permit system.
When applying for a visa for an intern, please be sure to check the technical intern training plan in advance.
It is necessary to receive certification from the newly established organization, the Japan Technical Intern Training Organization.

In addition, notification will be required for those implementing training.
This will ensure proper practice of technical intern training and protection of technical intern trainees.
The status of residence system has also changed, and Technical Intern Training No. 3 has been established, allowing for up to 5 years of training.
