Permanent residence application for point system (highly skilled human resources)

Indeed, if you reach 70 points, you may be recognized as a highly skilled person.

If you are recognized as a highly skilled professional, you will be able to apply for permanent residence for a period of five years.

However, reaching a certain point does not automatically mean that you will be recognized as a highly skilled person.

If you have a work visa, you will need to change it to "Specified Activities."

 

And, the "5-year period of stay" is "5 years after changing to specified activities", so

For example, your current period of stay is 5 years, so even if you are recognized as a "highly skilled professional" and can change your status of residence to "designated activities,"

You cannot apply for permanent residence there.
