Permanent re-entry permit

Last time, we covered re-entry permits, and this is a continuation of that.

Next week, from July 9th, a system of "deemed re-entry permit" will be introduced.

If you stay within one year within your period of stay, you will no longer need to obtain a re-entry permit as before.

However, this requires caution.

 

When you actually leave the country, please fill in the designated column on your re-entry/departure record (ED card).

A re-entry/departure record stating that you will be leaving the country with a special re-entry permit;

You must present your passport and residence card.

Please note that your current alien registration certificate will be considered a residence card for a certain period of time.
